1.The library is open to all the members of the staff and students of the college for general use.Members of the college Governing Body and persons specially permitted by the Principal may also use the library according to rules laid down by the Principal from time to time.
2.The librarian will see that the rules of discipline are strictly observed.

1.The college book bank has mainly text books on all the subjects taught in the college and is primarily meant for poor and deserving students.Such students will get the benefit of book bank on application to the Principal.
2.Students will have to deposiot 1/4th or 1/8th of the price of the book as the case may be before being issued books to him/her.
3.The borrowers are entitled to retain the books for a full academic session and must return the books immediately before filling up forms for the university examination.
4.Any students who has books from the library(General or Book Bank) outstanding against his/her name will not be allowed to fill up form for the semester examination.

Students are provided with a well maintained reading room.They are also provided with News papers,Jounals & periodicals.Use of the reading room requires maintenance of proper discipline and decorum.
