RULES & GUIDELINES


DISCIPLINE

(a)Students should sincerely attend their classes and should strictly follow the dress-code prescribed by the college authorities.
(b)Students must not spit on walls,floors,pillars or doors & windows of the college.Scribbling and disfiguring the college walls,black-boards,doors & windows are strictly prohibited.
(c)Students are prohibited from loitering in the college corridors when they have no classes to attend.They should spend their leisure hours in the common rooms or the reading room.
(d)Students are warned against tampering with the electrical and water-tap fittings.
(e)Continuous absence from the college without leave application will be treated as serious breach of college discipline.Appearing at the unit tests held by the college is mandatory for all the students.
(f)Students must at all places and particularly in the college or playgorund or while attending meetings must conduct themselves with a sense of decorum.
(g)Students should have their Identity card with them at the time of College examination and other functions.

EXAMINATION

(a)A total number of 6 Semester(Term End)Examination will be conducted over the period of 3 years.
(b)No students whose name is not registered with the Sambalpur University shall be eligible to appear at the University/Semester Examination.
(c)Every examinee has to produce the evidence of having passed the previous qualifying examination during form fill up.He/She has to produce also a certificate of (i)good conduct,(ii) having satisfactorily passed the periodical Unit Tests and other tests conducted by the college.

MIGRATION CERTIFICATE

A student seeking to take admission under Sambalpur University in case of transfer from other Universities other than CHSE,Odisha shall have to produce Migration Certificate from the said Council.

COLLEGE EXAMINATION RULES

(a)The students are to appear two semester examinations every year with two internal examination for each semester.
(b)Malpractice or misconduct in any form during examination will be seriousely viewed.Students on such grounds are liable to punishment in the form fine or detention or both as may be decided by the staff council.
